1. Their traffic is prohibited during unpropitious weather conditions as well as prior to sunrise and after sunset.
2. The rent is prohibited to individuals under sixteen (16) years old and individuals who do not know to swim. The rent is permitted for individuals of minor ages only when older individuals are also on boat.
3. The motor-driven boats meat by side of rescue – fire extinguishing means and passengers number specified by the permit to operate a boat.

The traffic of motor-driven boats is prohibited:

• In a distance less than 100 meters from the outer part of floating buoy that indicates the limits the swimmers can usually reach from coast.
• In a distance less than 200 meters from the point that swimmers can usually reach from beaches having not buoys.
• With a speed higher than 5 knots 200 meters from all beaches that swimmers are not existed.

The start up and return from coast is only made within the specified channel and a speed not higher than 5 knots.
